◎General Description
EM-GL is a kind high performance water-in oil emulsifier for printing stock paste. This nonionic emulsifier can improve sharpness of line and color value, as well as the improve fluidity of printing paste. 

◎Technical Index
Appearance: Milky white or yellowish transparency liquid
Composition: Fatty alcohol polyxyethylen ether
Solid Content: 50%±2%
PH Value: 6.5%-7%
Water in oil type, hydrophile lipophile balance value 3-6.

◎Product Feature
1. Strong anti-electrolyte property. Has little impact on the viscosity of printing paste when adding ammonia sulfate, urea, sodium carbonate or reserve salt.
2. When making printing paste for reactive dyes with sodium alginate or other modified starch, adding some printing emulsifier, it can improve color yield, meanwhile reduce dosage of dyestuffs.
3. When making pigment printing thickener, adding some printing emulsifier, it can enhance color brightness and hand feeling. For some color, like black or white, it can avoid gelling problem.

◎Notes
1. Because of self viscosity of printing emulsifier, please add water before adding printing emulsifier, in case emulsifier is stick to the bottom of the barrel and cannot be used sufficiently.
2. Please close the barrel after use, to prevent polluted by bacteria.
