◎Properties and characteristics
Pigment printing process with this binder is much simpler and much more convenient and cost-saving in comparison with reactive dyes printing process. Due to its remarkable performance with  rich color value and vivid luster, sharp outline, good fastness, extra soft hand feeling, fine filteration, screen choking free property, non-stick to blades, it can largely obtain the same satisfaction as received in reactive dyes printing. It is up to the main indexes of environmental protection required for international eco-friendly fabrics (easy in tinting and toning and save pigment paste).

 

◎Application
1. Extremely applicable for plush, blanket, carpet etc. Printing result of hand feeling and effect are very close to as received in reactive dyes printing.
2. Applicable for printing on towel, bath towel, woolen sweater and other kind of terry fabrics and synthetic fiber and other blended fabrics。
3. Suitable for printing process with roller, rotary screen, flat screen, handy screen or praying printing.

◎Operation process
1. Prepare printing paste with above-described stock paste mixed with pigment paste and color fixing agent.
2. Use appropriate printing mesh (80-120 mesh) to printing and then dry afterwards
3. It will give better result after baking fixation for 3-5 minutes under 130-150°C

 

◎Package
60kg or 125kg net in plastic drum.

 

◎Storage
It can keep for one year under 5-35°C. Avoid exposure or frozen. It can be stored one year.

 

◎Notes
1. Do needful testing and identify printing result required every time before use.
2. A suitable color fixing agent may do good to color fastness and rubbing fastness. Don’t mix the product with cationic printing paste or auxiliaries.
3. Baking fixation should be done only when printed cloth is dry entirely, which will enhance result of color fastness and rubbing fastness as well.
4. For fastness testing, it can be done after 24-48 hours.
5.The newly dried printing surface after baking fixation feels a little hard, but will start getting soft after some time (on the second day).
